The newest effort to infiltrate civics education with leftist worldviews is happening in supposedly conservative Georgia. As Emory University Emeritus Professor Mark Bauerlein warns, the indoctrination of “action civics” is coming to states that receive grants from the Educating for American Democracy (EAD) national initiative. Civics will no longer focus on mundane things such as the Constitution and how government works but on “systemic injustices” and raising an “anti-oppressive” citizenry.
