ARIZONA Constitutional Convention Threat!

We need your help!!!

HCR2041, the Article V Constitutional Convention Term Limits Bill, narrowly died in the Arizona Senate recently. It is expected to come back for reconsideration and may come up at any time from now until the end of the legislative session! Intense pressure is being exerted by the group behind this legislation and its supporters. They are lobbying Senators who voted NO to reconsider the bill, a move that could jeopardize our Second Amendment rights!

Please thank Senators Wendy Rogers, David Farnsworth and Mark Finchem for voting against the bill and urge them to stand strong against any motion to revive this dangerous legislation.

Also, two conservative Senators were not present during the vote. Please ask them to vote NO on HCR2041. We need all the support we can get to make sure this call for a constitutional convention doesn’t get to congress.

Please call or write and ask these two Senators to vote NO:

Carine Werner 602-926-3673 or CWerner@azleg.gov

Jake Hoffman 602-926-3292 or Jake.Hoffman@azleg.gov

MESSAGE: Please vote NO on any motion to revive HCR2041, the Article V Constitutional Convention for Term Limits. It cannot be limited and could jeopardize our Second Amendment rights. (Or better yet, write your own message.)
